Catering Menu

Pans are based on a Standard Chafing Buffet Dish 

**Full Pans serve 18-20 guests**  Size - 20 1/2" * 13"

**Half Pans serve 8-10 guests.** Size -10 1/4" * 12 7/8"

Please add 33% to the cost of pans if they will be used for a buffet in the restaurant.  Reason is our “in house” pans are larger than our “to go” pans.  

PLEASE ORDER AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE SO WE CAN PREPARE AND ORDER PROPERLY. Orders are not confirmed until confirmed by our General Manager and a contract has been signed.
